Resources to Get Started

UWinnipeg is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. A diverse staff and faculty benefits and enriches the work, learning, and research environment critical for the University and essential to academic and institutional excellence. In their first week of employment, new employees are invited to complete an equity census. Additionally, the equity census is circulated to existing employees every 5 years. Your participation is vital and with your support, the University can continue to build on this important commitment.
