Locksmith Services

We have a significant amount of space we need to secure on campus through a combination of traditional lock and key and access controls, such as our Salto system and the new Genetec system.

Our in-house utility specialist, administrative staff, and building infrastructure division is responsible for a wide range of locksmith services, such as: 

• Card Access System Infrastructure (maintenance/new installation)
• Accessibility Systems (door operators/hold opens)
• Master key systems
• New or replacement keys/access controls credentials (i.e. fob, card, etc.)*
• Door hardware
• Project assistance and hardware specifications

*All key/access control requests must be submitted to the Facilities Management office by filling out a Key / Card Requisition Form. These forms can be sent to facilities@uwinnipeg.ca or dropped off in the basement of Bryce Hall (0B07).
