How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

We would like to encourage all Faculty, Staff and Students to connect to the Eduroam wireless network. This will allow you to take advantage of seamless Wi-Fi service across campus, and around the world!

This information will provide you with instructions on how to connect your personal devices to campus Wi-Fi. These instructions apply to those who are connecting for the first time, or for those who have connected in the past, but experiencing issues while trying to connect again.

There are two campus Wi-Fi networks available: ‘eduroam’ and ‘UW-GUEST’. If you are faculty, staff, or a student, you should use eduroam. UW-GUEST is for campus visitors, but you can use it to help configure your device for eduroam.

Please Note: If you have used the UW-Wireless network in the past, it no longer exists and has been replaced with eduroam and UW-GUEST.

Below are the instructions on how to connect your device (Windows 10, Apple, Android, and MAC) to eduroam (and UW-GUEST, when required). Please use the section that applies to your device.
