Pest Control

The Building Services division follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) regulatory guidelines and works with the Health and Safety office to ensure effective and safe controls for pest management.

To reduce the chance of an infestation, please ensure all food items are placed in sealed containers as rodents/insects have a keen sense of where food is and are able to detect from long distances.

Should you have evidence of pests (such as insects or mice), please restrict consumption and storage of food products in the area and contact our Pest Control Office through our service portal, facilities@uwinnipeg.ca, or please call 204-258-3060 (ext. 3060).
