Faculty or Staff - I cannot log in to my computer/network OR I have forgotten my password

If you do not remember your password or have been locked out please contact the Technology Service Desk during business hours either by phone (204-786-9149) or email (servicedesk@uwinnipeg.ca).

Once your identity has been validated and you are provided with a new temporary password, you will need to create your own personalized one. How to do that depends on whether you have a WebAdvisor/Colleague account or not.
