International Graduate Student Fee Summary

Below you can find imperative information regarding tuition and fees for international graduate students, including a fee breakdown and payment schedule. As international students are not admitted on part-time status, the tuition and fees for part-time international students are not included.

First, read the Important Notes section to understand how the posted fee breakdown is calculated and how your personal circumstances may result in different amounts displayed on your student account. Important Notes

  • The fees on a student's financial account may differ from those below depending on when the student began their program and their timeline to completion. If the fees on this page differ from those appearing on the student's financial account, those on the student's account are the official amounts due
  • All fees listed below assume a Fall 2023 start date. The fee schedule may differ for students beginning the academic year in Winter or Spring 2024
  • Total fees for international students include tuition (program fees), incidental and one-time fees, U/GPass fees (full-time students only), Manitoba Blue Cross fees, and UWSA Health Plan (GreenShield) fees
  • The Manitoba Blue Cross fees and UWSA Health Plan fees found in the tables below are calculated for single students with no dependants
  • International students pay a $5,000 tuition deposit at the time they accept their offer of admission. This deposit is applied to their student fees in their first term of enrolment
  • Student fees are subject to change from one academic year to the next

For full-time students seeking master's degrees in: Applied Computer Science and Society; Applied Economics; Bioscience, Technology, and Public Policy; Criminal Justice; Cultural Studies; Environmental and Social Change; Indigenous Governance.

The annual total fees for full-time international MA, MSc, and MEnv students are approximately $17,447.83. These fees are paid in three instalments, one each term, as outlined in the tables below.

The annual total fees for full-time international MDP students are approximately $24,450.19. These fees are paid in three instalments, one each term, as outlined in the tables below.
