**Theology & MFT Graduate students will have their fees listed in Web Advisor/Student Planning immediately after registration is complete, except for the U-PASS fee and, if applicable, International Health Insurance fee. Both fees will be added within 5-10 working days of registration completion, if the student is eligible.

NOTE: All Program-based fees for Masters programs are 100% non-refundable if program withdrawal occurs after the add/drop date of the first term of acceptance. 

The Health Plan for International Graduate Students will be assessed and added to your account 5-10 working days from registration completion.  Domestic Graduate Students are required to opt in and a form is required. Click here for further information about opting-in.


UPASS is a transit pass for unlimited use on Winnipeg Transit services from September 1 to April 30. Your student ID card is required when using this pass.
