International, Immigrant & Refugee Student Services (IIRSS) is here to welcome you to Winnipeg and to provide support for you during your studies at The University of Winnipeg.

IIRSS provides a wide range of services:

  • airport reception (must be arranged at least 2 weeks prior to arrival)
  • orientation for international students
  • information on Visa and Study Permits; immigration advising
  • health insurance
  • Student Mentor Program
  • social and cultural events

  • special interest workshops
