Canada Graduate Research Scholarship - Master's Info Session

Thu. Nov. 6 10:00 AM - Thu. Nov. 6 12:00 PM

The Canada Graduate Research Scholarships – Master’s (CGRS-Ms) are scholarships administered by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).

These awards help develop research skills and assist in the training of highly qualified personnel by supporting students who demonstrate potential to contribute to Canadian research.

The CGRS-M supports up to 3,298 students annually, with awards of $27,000 for a period of twelve months of study.  Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and protected persons in an eligible graduate program are able to apply for these awards.

There are five CGRS-M information sessions — three in English and two in French — scheduled throughout the month of November:
