Mapping Your Future: Grad Student Goal Setting
Wed. Sep. 24 12:00 PM
- Wed. Sep. 24 01:00 PM
Location: Virtual (Zoom)
You entered graduate school with a clear intent and professional development goal. Over time, that focus may have shifted, evolved, or taken a form that feels unfamiliar. That’s why it’s important to pause, reflect, and assess whether your current skills and experiences still align with your future direction.
In this session, you’ll be introduced to the core principles of an Individual Development Plan (IDP), and explore how articulating your goals and values can help guide your path and contribute to your long-term success.
Workshop outcomes:
• clarify personal and professional goals;
• understand the IDP framework for future use;
• identify skill gaps and strengths for development opportunities.
