As a graduate student you are likely to encounter academic stress and will also be navigating the balance of personal, professional and academic life. This workshop will provide you with practices from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) that can be effective for stress and anxiety and for connecting with what is meaningful for you in your life.
