See below for additional information on how to sort your waste on campus.

Compost

Please take time to separate your waste. At UWinnipeg we are able to compost industrially and this means is that we can happily take more than just food waste in our compost stream.

We can take all organic materials, which include meat, egg shells, all food leftovers, plant materials, pizza boxes, paper towels and tissues, and all on-campus take-out materials including all food containers, cups, lids, ad straws.

To learn more: please access the Compost Winnipeg Guide here, or download your own copy here.
