How do you book these services?

  1. Fill out the PT forms and the Get Active Questionnaire.
  2. Submit forms to the Fitness Centre Manager via email or drop them off at the Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre Customer Service desk.
  3. Forms will be reviewed and a Trainer will be assigned.
  4. You will be contacted by the Trainer.
  5. Pay for services at the Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre Customer Service Desk.


Personal Training

Member                   $50.00+GST per session

Non-Member           $55.00+GST per session


Small Group Training (2-4 people)

Member                   $37.00+GST per session

Non-Member           $42.00+GST per session

*Consultation is included with the first session.

**Training is subject to trainer availability.


Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment will help you determine your overall physical fitness level. The results can identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your physical fitness and help in setting attainable fitness goals.



Functional Movement Screen

The Functional Movement Screen assesses seven basic movement patterns to identify tightness and weakness in the body – so you can correct them before they cause major problems.



Fitness Centre Orientation

The Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre offers a free Beginner Fitness Centre Orientation. This orientation is to help familiarize you with the services included in your Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre membership. You'll learn where the equipment is located, how to adjust it, the weight room rules and regulations and much more!
