CALL FOR ENTRIES: UWinnipeg Esports Program Logo Contest!
Attention all creative minds and design enthusiasts!
The University of Winnipeg is thrilled to announce the launch of its exciting new Esports Program in which we will be looking to host on campus events and even look to join competitive North American University/Collegiate leagues in the future! We need YOUR help in creating a logo that captures the spirit of competition, collaboration, and innovation!
What We're Looking For:
We invite talented students, staff, faculty and alumni to submit their original and dynamic logo designs that reflect the essence of UWinnipeg's Esports Program. The logo should convey a sense of passion for gaming, academic excellence, and the vibrant community that our program will foster.
Prizes:
The Winner will receive a $100 Memory Express gift card + Recognition as the official logo designer
Submission Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by March 31st. Late entries will not be considered.
Submission Guidelines:
- Logo must be original and unpublished.
- You must be a current student, staff/faculty member or a UWinnipeg alumni to enter
- Submit entries in high-resolution, preferably in Vector or SVG format. We also will accept PDF, PNG or EPS files.
- Include a brief description of the inspiration behind your design.
How to Submit:
Email your logo design along with your name, contact information, and a short description of your design to br.harder@uwinnipeg.ca
Judging Panel:
Our esteemed judging panel, comprising of Recreation Services staff and a Student Representative, will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the program's values.
After all submissions are received, each judge will rank their top 3 submissions and each submission will be awarded points in the following manner:
1st Place: 3 points
2nd Place: 2 points
3rd Place: 1 point
