Recreation Services General Update: Service Outage

The Fitness Centre will remain open during the current service outage. If you are unable to access your member portal account, register for fitness classes or court bookings, please visit our Customer Service Front Desk or call us at 204.786.9349 for assistance.

Total Body Workout (6:30am-7:15am & 1:00pm-1:45pm)
HIIT (11:45am-12:30pm)
Yoga Fit (12:00pm-1:00pm)
Learning The Ropes (12:00pm-12:45pm)

Tuesdays:

Balance & Strength (12:00pm-12:45pm)
Building Strength (1:00pm-1:45pm)
Hatha/Ashatanga Yoga (4:45pm-5:45pm)

Wednesdays:

Total Body Workout (6:30am-7:15am & 12:30pm-1:15pm)
HIIT (11:45am-12:30pm & 4:00pm-4:45pm)
Intro to Pilates (5:00pm-6:00pm)

Thursdays:

Hatha/Ashatanga Yoga (12:00pm-1:00pm)
Building Strength (1:00pm-1:45pm)
