Join Diversity Food Services, the Campus Sustainability Office and Forward Food as we explore, and taste, the future of plant-based food at UWinnipeg.

Forward Food is an initiative of Humane Society International that helps university food providers across North America develop sustainable, plant-based options. The organization is currently supporting kitchen staff at UWinnipeg with new recipes and sourcing alternative products.

We’re excited to share what we’ve been working on with the campus community, and announce exciting plans for the future.

Presentations from Diversity Food Services and Forward Food to start at 1:00pm and there will be a menu tasting and mixer to follow.
