Erin McCarthy, Human Resources Consultant, Zahia Tamendjari, Compensation and Job Evaluation Specialist, and Shelby Phillips, HR Recruitment Advisor, facilitate this session exploring how to hire research support. In addition, Cathleen Jeanson, HR Data Administrator, will deliver a piece on how individuals are paid, and MyHR. This session will be tailored for researchers who are interested in learning about the different types of research support positions and the different hiring processes. The session will focus on:

• PSAC-RC Research Assistants
• PSAC-RC Research Associates
• AESES Research Coordinators

There will be time for questions at the end of the workshop.
