Dylan Jones, Canada Research Chair Coordinator and Advisor, moderates this panel focusing on how to manage mid-career shifts featuring: Dr. Sara Good, Professor, Biology; and Dr. Jenny Heijun Wills, Professor, English.

After providing background regarding their mid-career shift, Dr. Good and Dr. Wills will touch upon the following topics:

• Their motivation and reason for undertaking a shift in their academic career
• Challenges they’ve faced with this shift
• Reflections on their career shift
