Volunteers Required for Graduation Frame Sales

The Alumni Association will hold its Grad Frames Sales Booth at all three of the upcoming convocation ceremonies... two on Thursday, June 15 and one on Friday, June 16... and the Alumni Council is seeking volunteers to help out at the booth.

The Grad Frames Sales campaigns are very important. They are what funds the Alumni Association's activities from year to year which includes funding their scholarship programs for deserving students. We are seeking volunteers to sign up for a shift or two to cover the personnel needs required for each sales session. The job is simply to sell the frames to a motivated and excited group of parents and graduates.

 Alumni Affairs staff and Alumni Council members will also be on hand to help lead the process.  Please respond to alumni@uwinnipeg.ca or 204-988-7118 to let us know which shift or shifts you'd like to sign up for. 

As is the case every spring, we will be set up outside on the Spence Street Promenade at 515 Portage Avenue after each convocation ceremony so it is fun spring day for everyone involved (in event of a rainy or cold day, the frame sales booth will be held indoors in the Riddell Hall atrium - just outside of the Riddell Hall Cafeteria).
