December 2012 - MTC play features an all UWinnipeg Theatre and Film alumni cast
photo credit: Bruce MonkMTC's production of "Miracle on South Division Street" featured Debbie Maslowsky, Stefanie Wiens, Tricia Cooper and Cory Wojcik - all of whom are alumni of UWinnipeg's Department of Theatre and Film. "Miracle on South Division Street" tells a great story, but it was the performances of these four professionals that made it so memorable.
UWinnipeg alumni also contributed as members of the production team and included Michelle Lagassé, Jessica Freundl as the apprentice stage manager and Brian Perchaluk as the set and costume designer.

November 2012 - Connie Manfredi (BAH 2012) debuts in Winnipeg production
Connie Manfredi makes her professional debut in Winnipeg Studio Theatre's production of Ordinary Days, a musical comedy. Artistic Director of Winnipeg Studio Theatre, Kayla Gordon, was also one of Manfredi's professors at the University of Winnipeg and describes her as "fresh and funny".
