International Welcome Day - Fall 2026

Join us for 'International Welcome Day', an event for new students starting their studies at The University of Winnipeg.

This event is for all new undergraduate and Graduate international students. We will cover important information including immigration rules for working and studying in Canada, Academic and course related information, how to use your health insurance and more.

International Welcome Day is a fun event where students can meet other new students, win some prizes and have a free lunch! 

We will also we hosting a boat tour of the city (spots are limited, first-come first-served basis)

Where: Convocation Hall

When: September 4, 10:00 am (come sign in at 9:30).
