Respect in the Workplace

The Human Rights and Diversity Office will be offering a three-hour presentation focused on the exploration and impact of disrespectful behaviours. The presentation will provide examples of toxic workplace behaviours with a review of requirements to maintain a healthy workplace under the UW Respectful Working and Learning Environment Policy. Tips and tools for navigating issues of workplace disrespect including a review of UW options for addressing concerns will be provided. This will be a in-person presentation being held in 2M70.
Registration is restricted to faculty and staff.
