Chris Shinnimin – Chris is a 2009 graduate of the University of Winnipeg Applied Computer Science program. He has worked as a professional developer ever since, accumulating a variety of experiences as an employee and a contractor, finally joining Traction on Demand in 2019. He currently serves as a Senior Developer, Team Lead and Developer Guild Lead.

Stephanie Pops – Steph is a recent graduate from the University of Winnipeg Applied Computer Science program and a former Co-op Student. She was hired out of school as a Junior Developer at Traction on Demand. After completing the onboarding program, she now delivers on client projects in the Higher Ed and Non-Profit verticals.
