Overview
Student Central is your one-stop shop for many services. It's the place to find information on the campus and get help with registration. It's also where you can pay your tuition/fees, get your Student ID/Library card, rent a locker
and more! See below for a list of services.

Student Central is where you can

Get help with WebAdvisor (in-person, by telephone or email)

Access computers: three computers are available for students to use to register and pay for courses

Get your username and password for WebAdvisor and Equitrac printing
- Register in-person for courses (add, drop, wait list courses; process permission forms)
- SOLD OUT! Get a print copy of the new 2011-12 Course Calendar. Limited quantity. $5.00 each. Cash or debit card only.

Request Enrolment Confirmation - a letter or a completion of form - for an RESP plan, bank loan, child care subsidy, international student ID card or other government documents. Go to Enrolment Confirmation for instructions.

Pick up and submit University forms, such as the Major Declaration form. See Forms.

Pay your Tuition/Fees (debit, cash, cheque are accepted)
NOTE: Credit card payments are no longer accepted when paying tuition fees in-person at Student Central. Students wanting to use Visa or Mastercard for tuition payments must make their payment online through WebAdvisor and are subject to a per transaction convenience fee.

Request and pick up your T2202a tax forms (prior to 2008) at Student Central - More recent years can be found in your WebAdvisor account; see T2202a Tax Forms for instructions.

Ask questions about fees charged and the withdrawal schedule

Make payment arrangements and process government Student Loan tuition fee deferrals

Get your Student ID/Library card - This is a permanent card issued to first-year students who have completed their registration. To get your card at Student Central, you must show your driver's license or government-issued photo ID as proof of identity.
NOTE:A $25.00 fee will be charged for replacement of lost, damaged or stolen cards.
- Rent a Locker - Request a locker in-person or send an email to Student Central from your UWinnipeg email account. Include your preferred location if you have one. Lockers are available on the 1st to 4th floors of Centennial Hall; the hallway and locker room of the basement of Manitoba Hall; Riddell Hall tunnel; and 3rd floor of Richardson College. All lockers are shared; $20.00 per term per person; first come, first served to registered students.

- Submit a personal information update to inform the University of your new address, telephone number, etc. Go to Forms to find the "Personal Update Form"
Staff at Student Central can explain University policy, provide general program information and give campus directions.
