Update on Services:  The University of Winnipeg is committed to the safety of our students and staff as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.  As a result, Student Services offices are no longer open for in-person enquiries and submission of forms.  Staff are now working remotely and would be happy to assist you by email or phone.  Please email completed forms to us from your University webmail account.

Undergraduate Forms

 

  • Personal Update Form - Note:  Instead of using this form, current students can now use WebAdvisor to update their permanent address, phone numbers, email address.  Log in to WebAdvisor, select Current Students, and then under Academic Profile, select Address Change.
