FAQs
About the degree
Both are graduate level degrees in the discipline of Business. Typically, an MBA provides a general and broad exposure to the topics within the discipline of Business and is usually a 2-year degree (Executive programs excepted). MiM is a growing choice for individuals and employers who want a 1-year graduate degree in Business with a specialization. Our MiM specializes in technology, innovation and operations management. If you are interested in managing innovation, resources and infrastructure (including people) of an organization, and learn about the management of innovation and the growing importance of technology in a digital economy.
We have two streams:
Technology, Innovation and Operations (TIO): in-depth training on technology, innovation, and operations management. The stream is aimed at individuals interested in pursuing or enhancing management careers where technology and innovation intersect with operations management
Data Analytics (DA): provides skills and insights into topics such as leadership, strategy, management and data courses where technology and data intersect with operations management. Students should demonstrate sound quantitative skills and demonstrated knowledge/skills in statistics, math, and/or other quantitative backgrounds.
No, the course schedule for each stream doesn’t allow both streams to be take together.
