Painting Requests

The Facilities Department provides painting services to support the maintenance and renewal of University spaces.

Minor painting (touch-ups, small areas, routine maintenance):

These requests should be submitted directly through Eptura (Work Order system). Examples include small wall touch-ups, repainting after minor repairs, or refreshing a small surface area.

Submit a service request to Eptura using the Service Request Portal.

 

Major painting (large spaces, full room/office, special projects):

Larger requests that go beyond routine maintenance may be considered a project. These require review and approval by the Director of Building Services. Once approved, our department will coordinate the scheduling and execution of the work. 

Submit a service request using the Form: Request Painting Project

There will be some requisitions where your department will have to pay for specific color changes that differ from those used. This means that once the space that has been repainted is vacated, the requesting department will be responsible for returning it to its original color.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the location, size, and type of painting required.
