Rice Building - Front façade work

Please be advised that Parkwest Projects is beginning the next phase of the Rice Building façade improvements on the University of Winnipeg side. 

Construction fencing is now in place, and both the 489 Portage Ave and 471 Portage Ave entrances remain open.

Some construction noise should be expected during this period.
