RCFE Building - Heating system Repairs

Hi everyone,

Please be advised that Stairwell #2 (west) on the 4th floor will be temporarily closed to allow Facilities to complete repairs to the heating system. A scaffold or scissor lift will be in place, which will block access to the stairwell during this work.

During the closure, the emergency exit route will be temporarily redirected. In case of an emergency, occupants must proceed through the Mechanical Room (4RC007) to access Stairwell #1 (east).

Temporary signage will be posted to guide occupants along this route.

This work is expected to take one full day, with the possibility of extending into a second day depending on equipment requirements.
