Ashdown & Manitoba - Recabling Project

This is to inform you that contractors will be on campus performing a recabling project in Ashdown Hall and Manitoba Hall. This work is essential to replace old data cables and ensure our systems meet TSC standards.

To complete this scope, contractors will require access to offices, classrooms, and common areas in both buildings.

 

Date of Service: Ongoing until the end of March 2026.

Time of Service: All disruptive work will be performed during night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) to minimize impact on daily operations.

 

We do not expect any service interruptions during this project; however, we will inform you immediately should any unforeseen issues arise.
