Building a Compelling Narrative CV – All Faculty Workshop

Are you applying for an internal grant or research award? Are you planning to apply for an external grant with a narrative CV component?

With the new requirement to include a narrative CV for the internal grants and the requirement slowly being rolled out with the Tri-Agency, please join Lauren Bosc, Director, Research Services, in learning more about how to write a compelling narrative CV, and will cover:

1. Background and differences between the narrative CV and a more traditional CV
2. Breakdown of each section with tips for writing
   1. Personal Statement
   2. Most Significant Contributions and Experiences
   3. Supervisory and Mentorship Activities
3. Common challenges and how to overcome them
4. Narrative CV building exercise (time/interest permitting)
