A Hands-On Editing Workshop for Students with Matthew TenBruggencate
Wed. October 3rd from 7:30-8:30pm in Room 2M72 (Registration Required)
This workshop will offer simple editing habits to help make your academic and professional writing more intelligible and engaging. Matthew TenBruggencate is a Winnipeg-based communications professional. After working in the newsrooms of the Winnipeg Free Press, CBC Manitoba and CTV Winnipeg, he transitioned to public relations. He now manages communications for the International Institute for Sustainable Development, distilling its economists’ and scientists’ work into engaging, evocative content.
Registration sign-up sheet is on the door of 2A38. All participants must bring at least two paragraphs of academic writing to the workshop.
