Writing the Line

Jan Horner and Di Brandt at Writing the Line.jpg — On March 2-4, the University of Winnipeg hosted the Creative Writing Conference Writing the Line, organized by professors Margaret Sweatman and Catherine Hunter, with student assistant Molly Cross-Blanchard. Funding was provided by a Connections grant from Research Manitoba, a Workshop/Conference grant from the UW Research Office, and assistance from the UW Carol Shields Writer-in-Residence program and the UW Department of English. Videos were created by the UW's Centre for Academic Technology. Thanks to all funders, participants, and helpers. The links below provide a record of the events that took place.
