STUDENT ROOM BOOKING FORM

This form is for THFM students and local groups to book studio/rehearsal space.

For information on booking the Theatre, please contact a.loat@uwinnipeg.ca

We do not book rooms for non-academic use during the final three weeks of Quarters 2, 3 and 4.

Certificate of Insurance:  Any group that includes one or more non-UW student/Faculty/Staff/recent graduate is required to provide proof of 3rd party insurance.  More information can be found here.

Please note the following restrictions during July:

More notice for processing of Room Bookings:  During the summer, room bookings will only be PROCESSED on certain days; for this reason we recommend a minimum of 72 hours (3 WORKING days) notice.

Reduced availability: During the time the ACTF is a Winnipeg Fringe Festival Venue (July 17 - 28), availability will be limited to two studios, 0T19 and 0T10, only.
