And you can listen to a terrific CBC interview with the creative team HERE.
A virtual performance that tells the story of an unlikely friendship made during a time of isolation, Time Within the Window was created entirely online and will be performed virtually by Acting IV Honours students Jordan Bourquin and Ayla Hamilton. It was conceived and developed over Zoom by Bourquin and Hamilton, along with instructor Heidi Malazdrewich, and Ridge Romanishen.
This new and timely work explores how two people navigate new relationships as the world around them pauses in a state of uncertainty.
With this project, the company has created a theatre piece that is utterly engaging and thoughtful, and entirely put together through an online process.
Time Within the Window features exciting design elements created for the live online theatre performance by production designer and faculty member Adam Parboosingh and is supported by technical staff and faculty within the Department of Theatre and Film.
The performance runs Tuesday, December 1 to Saturday, December 5, starting at 7:30 pm each evening. Everyone is welcome to tune in to view the live performance from the comfort of their own homes via a private YouTube channel; admission is free but reservations are required.
Please click here for your reservation; a link to the live performance will be sent to your e-mail address about an hour before performance time.
SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: Please reserve before 6 pm on the date of your reservation. Reservations received later than 6 pm may not receive the link in time.
