How To Use Zoom Backgrounds:

— In A Zoom Meeting

  1. Mouse over the 'Stop/Start Video' button to the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click the arrow (^) located in the top right corner of the button.
  3. Select 'Choose Virtual Background...'
  4. Click the plus button – 'Add Virtual Background Image' under the bottom right of the video preview.
  5. Select the downloaded Zoom background.
  6. Close the 'Settings' window.

— From Zoom's Settings (Windows)

  1. With Zoom application open, click 'Settings'.
  2. Click 'Virtual Background...'
  3. Click the plus button – 'Add Virtual Background Image' under the bottom right of the video preview.
  4. Select the downloaded Zoom background.
  5. Close the 'Settings' window and begin a call.

— From Zoom's Settings (Mac)

  1. With Zoom application open, click 'Zoom.us'.
  2. Click 'Preferences'
  3. On the left side of the window, select 'Backgrounds and Filters'.
  4. Click 'Virtual Backgrounds'
  5. Click the plus button – 'Add Virtual Background Image' under the bottom right of the video preview.
  6. Select the downloaded Zoom background.
  7. Close the 'Settings' window and begin a call.
