Solar Sailing to Mars

The University Physics Competition asks teams of 3 students to write a research-style paper on a free-form problem in 48 hours.  This year, our team earned a silver medal to finish in the top 20% --- and as the top team in Canada.  They will describe how they designed a flight plan to Mars for a solar sail spaceship during the competition.
