Dr. Kerry Sinanan awarded grant for BIPOC Network

Kerry Sinanan has secured internal research funding for $2000 for the BIPOC Network at the University of Winnipeg for the project, Connections and Community: Strengthening The University of Winnipeg's BIPOC Network. The funding is part of a wider application cluster submitted as a shared project by Dr Mary Adedayo (applied Computer Science) and Dr Latika Raisinghani (Faculty of Education).  The project will see 3 workshops during the academic year and Dr Sinanan will organise the day, “Indigenous and International Decolonial Connections” in February with Dr Chigbo Anyaduba as a keynote speaker.
