Virtual Launch for Dr. Candida Rifkind’s co-authored book, Graphic Refuge

Everyone is welcome to join the hybrid book launch for Candida Rifkind’s co-authored book with Dom Davies, Graphic Refuge: Visuality and Mobility in Comics (Wilfrid Laurier UP).
The event will take place at 1pm Central online and 5pm in person at City St. George’s, University of London. This hybrid panel will celebrate the publication of Graphic Refuge with two short talks from the book's co-authors, followed by comments from two respondents, Ernesto Priego (City) and Mihaela Precup (Bucharest). There will be time for questions and discussion. Register at the event page.
Thanks to an ASPP Open Access Grant, one chapter of the book be available to download as of November 18th at the publisher’s website.
