IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Click HERE for regular updates about COVID-19 as it pertains to your studies at The University of Winnipeg.

Recently, Immigrant, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced that, “International students who have a valid study permit or were approved for a study permit on or before March 18th, can now travel to Canada".  However, due to the public health situation related to COVID-19, all University of Winnipeg international students accepted for the upcoming Spring term are strongly advised NOT to travel to Canada until further notice.  There will be no in-person classes for the upcoming Spring term (May/June); all courses will be offered via alternative delivery options. We will provide advice to May and September students as the situation changes, please watch your email for updates.

For current students, IIRSS provides a wide range of services and hosts a variety of fun events and informative workshops throughout the year.
