Biography:

Elaine Herrera was born in the Philippines and grew up in Winnipeg. She obtained her B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Manitoba in 2019, followed by a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from McGill University in 2021. Elaine taught at the University of Manitoba as a sessional instructor before joining the University of Winnipeg as an instructor in 2022.
