Collections

Collections housed by the UW Anthropology Museum represent a vast diversity of human experience. They also show how, in many ways, people can be very much alike across space and time. Our collections tell a story of humanity that begins with our very first steps over a million years ago and emerges into the remarkable complexity of globally-linked societies.

We regularly exhibit our collections as thematic displays on the 4^th floor of Centennial Hall. We also provide collections access to students, staff, faculty, and other researchers. Contact one of our staff to find out more.
