Campus Living Apartments for Families

UWinnipeg Campus Living offers unfurnished 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments in McFeetors Hall for students with families. Affordable Housing units and wheelchair-accessible units are offered, and some tenants may qualify for Manitoba Housing's Rent Supplement Program.

Downtown Commons Apartments

Downtown Commons is now renting apartments to individual students, students with families, and the public which will be available this August 2016. Half of the 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments are available at reasonable rents for eligible student families at the University of Winnipeg under the Affordable Housing Program. There are also 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments available at market rates.
