Events and Workshops

Throughout the year, Awards and Financial Aid holds presentations on a number of topics that may be of interest to you. These workshops are available to assist students with budgeting and accessing our programs and funding. Topics include:

• Budgeting 101
• How to Fill out a Scholarship Application
• Applying for MSAP
• Repaying Student Loans

Awards in Your Future!

In addition to any awards you may receive in your first year of study, there are in-course award opportunities for students who are attending The University of Winnipeg and are registered in their second, third or fourth year of study.

Some are automatically selected based on your grades, while others require an application.  Award applications are posted on the website in the summer; the deadline is mid-September.
