Research Interests:
Better understanding the effects of changing climate variables on three naturally regenerating pine species in Manitoba (jack pine, red pine, and Scots pine), as well as generating climate adaptive policy recommendations for future forest management. Tree core sampling will be conducted across Manitoba, and potential policy will be informed by numerous sources and stakeholders such as government, academia, and forestry industry members.
