End Homelessness Winnipeg

Emeka Ezeh's field placement was with the University of Winnipeg in collaboration with End Home Homelessness Winnipeg on a project titled Winnipeg’s Indigenous Focused Pandemic Response Plan. The purpose of this project is to create a document to be used as a guide and basis for long-term crisis management strategy. In developing this paper, we will examine the first six months of the pandemic in order to develop a response for the city of Winnipeg. On of the project's objectives includes documenting the chronological processes (and governance model) of planning and implementing the local COVID-19 response within Winnipeg's homelessness-serving sector.
