People’s Dialogue on Human Settlements
Esther Awotwe and Adesuwa Ero's international placement was based in Accra, Ghana with the NGO People's Dialogue on Human Settlements (PD).
Esther was involved with women's savings groups activities, monitoring of water, sanitation and hygiene conditions in the area, facilities mapping, and she also worked with People’s Pension Trust to enlist members to the informal pension scheme.
Adesuwa was actively involved in stakeholder mobilization and community engagement. She also assisted in the production of a documentary for the Know Your City campaign spearheaded by Slum/Shack Dwellers International.
