Biography:

Ida Bear was from Red River College and offered an introductory course in Cree, which is required for the MA in Indigenous Governance and strongly recommended for the BA in Indigenous Studies. A dedicated teacher, Ms. Bear created the curriculum used in her course, which is regionally specific and intended for adult language learners.
