About:
Dr. Lam An is a Marketing Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg. He teaches Marketing Research, Fundamentals of Marketing, and Multivariate Data Analytics for our Master-in-Management (MiM) program in the Data Analytics stream.
His research focuses on three major areas: the role of nonverbal communications in marketing and persuasion, the frontline employee - customer interface, and public policy communications. He is also the Head of the Interaction, Cognition, and Emotion (ICE) Behaviour Research Lab, equipped with cutting-edge biometric research tools to improve our understanding of human behaviour.
