Get ready for an exciting evening of fun, food and creating lasting memories with your fellow Wesmen alumni. Catch up with old teammates and meet the current Wesmen coaches and players while we celebrate the legacy of Wesmen volleyball!
This event is free and open to all Wesmen alumni. All registered Wesmen alumni will receive an exclusive UWinnipeg Wesmen alumni T-shirt and free season pass to access all Wesmen home conference games (excluding Wesmen Classic and playoffs) during the 2025/26 season. #REPTHEW

Join us for an unforgettable evening of hoops, laughs and UWinnipeg pride. Catch up with old teammates and meet the current Wesmen basketball coaches, players and 2024 inductees into the Wesmen Ring of Honour.

Wesmen Athletics is proud to honour four legendary figures in basketball for their contributions to the Wesmen basketball program:
- Angie Johnson (1971-1977)
- Deb Steele (1977-1980)
- Beth Cochran (1982-1987)
- Michelle (Chambers) Foreman (1988-1993)
Whether you played, cheered, or coached – this is your night to celebrate the legacy and future of Wesmen basketball. This event is free and open to all Wesmen alumni. Where: Richardson College of the Environment and Science Complex, 599 Portage Avenue | When: 12:30 – 2 p.m. | Admission: Free
The University of Winnipeg invites all graduates from the Classes of 1975 to 1979 and those from years ending in 0 or 5, along with their guests, to an informal lunch reception at the Richardson College of the Environment and Science Complex. All alumni are welcome. Deadline to RSVP is September 12, 2025.
Friday, September 19
Where: Meet inside the front doors of Richardson College of the Environment and Science Complex, 599 Portage Avenue | When: 2:30 p.m. | Admission: Free
Take a walk back in time and look to the future with this specially curated walking tour of the UWinnipeg campus. Stops will include: The Axworthy RecPlex, Duckworth Centre, Gallery 1C03, Leatherdale Hall, Tony’s Canteen, Wesley Hall and Bryce Hall. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear! All alumni are welcome.

Join us for the Unruh Realty Tournament to cheer on the Wesmen Women’s Volleyball team, as they take on some of the top teams from across the country. The tournament runs Friday, September 19 to Sunday, September 21. Friday game times are 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Let’s pack the gym and show our Wesmen pride!
Saturday, September 27
Where: Princess Auto Stadium, 315 Chancellor Matheson Road | When: 12 – 2 p.m. Tail gate party, 2 p.m. Kickoff | Admission: $40 per person
Join your fellow UWinnipeg Alumni for an unforgettable afternoon of football, fun, and festivities as we wrap up Homecoming 2025! We’re heading to Princess Auto Stadium to cheer on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers as they take on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats – and you’re invited. Kick things off at our exclusive UWinnipeg Cabana at the Tailgate Party with live music, great vibes and awesome company. Mingle with alumni, family, and friends while soaking up the pre-game excitement.
Your ticket includes access to the tailgate party, reserved stadium seating in Section 102, and a $10 gift card for food, beverage, or merchandise. Game day e-tickets will be transferred after your registration is confirmed.
